Roasted in small batches at Oceana Coffee’s facility in Tequesta, Florida, this Sumatra Mandheling Medium-Dark Roast delivers a rich, complex cup featuring sweet and savory notes of spicy chocolate, plum, rosemary, and lightly scorched pine. Grown in the Northern Sumatra Aceh region and processed using the traditional wet-hulling (Giling Basah) method, this Grade 1 coffee offers a plush, syrupy mouthfeel with a smooth, full body. Its bold, idiosyncratic flavor profile is well-suited to darker roasting, emphasizing cacao and smokey nutmeg characteristics.
